This self-initiated strategic engagement was developed for Family Matters of Putnam County, a volunteer-run thrift store evolving into a community maker space and resource hub. Rather than creating isolated marketing pieces, I developed a comprehensive content marketing strategy designed to strengthen community engagement, increase volunteer participation and establish a scalable storytelling framework that could grow alongside the organization.
The proposal combined audience research, messaging strategy, editorial planning, success metrics, signature storytelling, knowledge-branding content and social media execution into a unified communications system. Included are selected pages from the presentation, along with examples of the supporting content I developed to demonstrate how the strategy could be implemented.
