Family Matters is a volunteer-run thrift and maker space in Hollister, FL, transitioning from a traditional thrift model to a community-focused creative hub. My strategy included signature story content pillars and knowledge branding guides designed to increase engagement and highlight community empowerment.
Because I support their mission, I was inspired to develop a content marketing strategy proposal. I evaluated the business through an ethical storytelling lens and focused on empowerment. I used inclusive brand strategy, storytelling and social-first content ideas to highlight the owners transformation of a forgotten space into a thriving maker community. This piece reflects my heart for purpose-driven work and ability to create marketing that connects audiences and brands alike.
Below is a look at the proposal, the first of many signature stories and one of several knowledge branding infographic I developed for them to use right away.
